My passion is helping people live a happy, healthy and pain free life. My customers say I have the the magic hands. I’ll find those sore spots and many more you didn’t know existed, these are quite often the root of the problem. You’ll,get off my table feeling lighter and more relaxed. On my days off I like indulge in dancing and socialising with my close friends. I love to travel, and get a massage, I know how important it is to look after myself so I can perform at my peak.
After completing my diploma of Remedial Massage in 2007 at Australasian College of Natural Therapies, I got straight into working in my local community in the Hills. Over the last 10 years, I have found my greatest passion is the people in my community. Helping my clients achieve a healthier, happier and more comfortable life is what I do, and after completing my diploma of Yoga Instruction in 2012- I felt even more qualified to get people feeling connected and excited about health. I love educating my community about their bodies, and allowing them to deepen their respect for what they can achieve in their own lives, and in the lives of the people around them. When I’m not at my lovely little studio, I’m spending time with my family (fur-babies!) or cooking up a storm.
I have previously worked with the Sydney Kings as a massage therapist and I also hold a Certificate III in fitness. my primary interest in remedial massage, pregnancy massage, sports injuries, and myofascial release. I enjoy treating children and teens, and love forming new relationships with my patients and helping them live comfortable, pain-free lives through massage therapy. Im proud to have earned my Remedial Massage degree from Tafe in 2003. In my free time, I enjoymcooking, knitting, crafting, and spending time with my children.
