General Yoga

Our general classes are structured to suit beginners. As we move through different poses, different options will be offered depending on ability, and encourages students to challenge themselves week by week to grow in their confidence and practice. Each class is will have an element of breathing exercises, stretch, strength and balance.

Supported Stretch

This class is targeted at over 55s, but is also suitable for complete beginners, pregnancy, those recovering from injury or even someone who may have been out of action for a while. Traditional yoga poses are made more accessible with the use of props such as chair, blocks and straps.
